Job Title: Customer Support (SO / Officer /Associate level)
Job Description:
โข Handling high, medium, low client complaints, queries & other related matters.
โข Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up on the complaints, queries, other information to ensure timely resolution, implementation.
โข Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the clients.
โข Logging of complaints, queries, incidents in provided system.
โข Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
โข Monitoring of different applications like Phoenix, Authentic, FRMS, BPS, Data center and Infrastructure through provided tools.
โข Timely and accurately circulation of different memorandums, notifications and other information amongst the Member Banks and other clients as directed by the management.
โข Escalation of prolonged, pending, unresolved cases to the relevant team heads and departments as per the defined escalation matrix.
Job Requirement:
โข Minimum bachelor (4-year program) or masterโs degree from HEC recognized university or equivalent preferably in Computer Science or related field.
โข 0 to 2 years of relevant field experience.

Job Title: Customer Support & Service Quality (AM / DM Level)
Job Description:
โข Coordinate with 1LINK internal organization to ensure delivery of highest standards of customer service and delivery feedback related to service quality.
โข Manage the team to ensure all complaints and escalations are handled.
โข Achieve the CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) targets and efficiency objectives.
โข Maintain a good relationship with the customers at all levels (Internal and external).
โข Develop, Optimize and provide continuing support for predefined reports and adhoc reports requested by business users, management and other related functions.
โข Bring & Suggest improvements in processes, SLAโs OLAโs, application monitoring tools and performance management.
โข Any other additional responsibility assigned by the management.
Job Requirement:
โข Minimum bachelor (4-year program) or masterโs degree from HEC recognized university or equivalent preferably in Computer Science or related field.
โข Minimum 5 years of experience in client services out of which at least 2 years on a leadership role. Banking & Payment Industry experience preferred
