Function: Project Management Office
Qualification: BS/MS in Computer Science/Information Systems from HEC Recognized University.
Location: Karachi
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Project Management preferably in Banking/Payments domain.
Job Description:
- Managing all aspects of the projects (internal/external) from requisition till delivery/Go Live.
- Ensure effective project tracking, communication and reporting to relevant stakeholders throughout the project.
- Ensure all relevant project documentation are available for record and audit purpose.
- Ensure close coordination with Business and QA team in allocating slots and report issues timely to the customer for resolution.
- Maintaining TAT for all BAU projects and escalating it to relevant account managers as per SOP.
- Managing SBP compliance and Mandates project (EMV, EFT Compliance etc.) with regular reporting.
- Build positive rapport of PMO team by responding to customers and internal stakeholders in timely fashion.
Job Requirements:
- Project management certification would be a plus
- Strong analysis, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work closely with other internal teams
