- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of sales and marketing experience with Motors & Drives.
- Required excellent skills in customer relations with mature selling behavior and actively drive discussions and negotiations to the benefit of the customer and ABB business.
- Required good knowledge of ABB offering, products or systems and applications.
- Required good interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in medium voltage switchgear products.
- Candidates must have good product knowledge on medium voltage switchgear, relays, load break switches or GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) and other utilities.
- Excellent customer relationship management with proven negotiation skills.
- Should have strong networking skills in the assigned area.
