Abbott Nutrition Pakistan Jobs Head of Trade & Distribution :We are hiring Head of Trade & Distribution for Abbott Nutrition Pakistan.
Job Summary: Formulate Trade & Distribution Strategies in line with overall business objectives. Oversee Warehousing, Logistics, Custom Clearance and Demand Planning process. Coordinate with Finance & Planning and Distributors to Ensure monthly Plan / LBE Achievement through to Market sales/ Primary Sales
Experience: A hard core sales and distribution professional with vast experience of managing distributors throughout Pakistan. The incumbent should have experience of leading a multidimensional large team. The incumbent should fully understand and be able to execute retail, wholesale and institutional sales planning. Minimum of 15 years of experience and proven track record in a similar position of mentioned below aspects from which 5 years must be in a leadership role:
• Distributor Management
• Trade Management
• Trade Marketing; e.g., Sales promotion, Key account programs, Display competition, and Planogram Management
Education:
Minimum Requirement : Bachelors Degree from a reputed Institution/ MBA preferred
