Main Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Job Information:

• Execution of all Customer Services & Logistics (CSL) operations in the network towns as per company policy and guidelines
• Maintenance of high level of system integrity through accurate and timely processing of customer invoices and provide all kinds of IT support
• Execution of daily targets, depositing cash and cheques as per FI guidelines, updating DOC, generating stock position reports and raising the stock transfer orders
• Responsible for IRA and inventory replenishment being the custodian of inventory
• Ensure SOPs compliance and coordinate with parent branch for accurate ordering
• Work closely with CSL officers to timely identify remnants, expiry and close expiry SKU’s and communicate with related stakeholders
