Location: Clifton, Karachi
Qualification: BBA/MBA Finance
Experience: 3-4 Years in payables
Skills:
-Must be proficient in Ms. Office & SAP B1
-Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, financial reporting and accounting principles.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities:
-Checking and Approval of AP
-Checking of Payment activities
-Review and analysing utility bills
-Review and analyses of landed cost sheet
-Review of provisions recording
-Provisions working
-Vendor ageing review
-Salary checking
-Salary posting
-Review of consumption reconciliation
-Review of loan reconciliation
-Review of advances reconciliation
-GL Trail balance accounts review
-Monthly Closing
-Trade Creditors Reconciliation
-Prepaid Expenses
