Position: Officer Internal Audit

Job Description:
- New Client (individual) code opening and dealing with matters on renewal. This involves proper understanding of AML / CFT KYC compliance obligations and ensuring these are met before code opening
- New Client (individual) code opening and dealing with matters on renewal
- Screening of proscribed persons / entity on SECP / LEAs emaits and responding the same.
- Updating notification reference details of Proscribed/ defaulters or Persons in internal master record
- Being updated on latest AML / CFT regulations, laws, circulars and contribute in company Compliance and department activities.
- Perform ongoing monitoring on changes in customer financial and non-financial profile information.
- Assist in internal audit activities.
Education/ Experience/ Skills: Qualification, MBA (Finance), CA intermediate or ACCA
Experience:
- 1 Year of relevant Experience
- Good Communication skills ( written and spoken)
- Good command on MS Office
- Ability to learn adapt quickly
- Should have good analytical skills problem solving attitude

Job Description:
- To prepare claim intimation report on daily basis for submission to line manager.
- To assist in scrutinizing Fire, Engineering & Miscellaneous claim files and documents submitted by divisions for claim approval.
- To prepare approval note of exceeding divisional limits claim files and ex-gratia claim files.
- To assist the line manager for the implementation of claims manual, SOPs and process flows within TAT in fire & misc. claims by the Divisions.
- To assist line manager in quarterly Claim Audit of the Divisions.
- To ensure complete record maintenance of all the claims of fire & misc. dealt by Head Office.
- To put special attention towards claims whose loss date is prior or the same as issuance date of underwriting document or after the expiry date of the policy.
- To prepare claim approval note.
- To submit monthly outstanding statement of all divisions to line manager.
- Responsible for any other assignment given by the supervisor.
Education/ Experience/ Skills:
- B.COM/ M.COM (Insurance)
- 1 Year of relevant Experience
- Good Communication skill ( written and spoken)
- Good command on MS Office
- Ability to learn & adapt quickly
- Should have good analytical skills & problem solving attitude
