Location: Head Office, Karachi.
Experience: 02 – 04 years of relevant experience
Qualification: B. Com/ BBA or MBA – Human Resources
Skills: Excellent at Ms. Excel, Payroll Processing, Preferred Knowledge of Taxation, EOBI & SESSI/ PESSI, Communication Skills, Team Player
Job Role:
- Payroll processing & disbursement of permanent & various contractual staff
- Attendance and Leave Management
- Payment processing (Leave Encashment, Loan, Final Settlement, EOBI and SESSI/ PESSI)
- Documentation Management (Payroll, Personal Filing, BPVs, etc).
- Internal employees, stakeholders & external vendors facilitation
- Any other related task assign by the line manager.
