Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for building maintenance of Adamjee House Lahore.
• Repair & Maintenance of AICL Branches.
• Follow-up all daily matter with Maintenance Staff.
• Processing of Invoices/payments of all Contractors & Maintenance Staff
• Dealing with Govt. Departments (EOBI & EPA)
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques through third party.
