Experience: 02 โ 03 years of experience in Corporate Governance or as a Company Secretary in a Public Listed Company (Mandatory)
Qualification: Law/ Commerce Graduate with Certification in Professional Accounting or Corporate Governance

Job Role:
The purpose of this role is to fulfill the statutory obligations of the Company Secretary under various statutes, by-laws and regulations including but not limited to Companies Act, 2017, Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations, 2019 and Code of Corporate Governance for Insurers, 2016.
