Mandatory Experience: 02 years of experience as a Company Secretary in a listed company or 05 years experience in Corporate Governance/ Compliance (in case of MBA/M.Com or Law Graduate)
Qualification: Must be member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants or member of recognized body of Corporate/ Chartered Secretaries 1 or a Masters degree in Business Administration/ Commerce or a Law Graduate ย

Job Role:
The purpose of this role is to fulfill the statutory obligations of the Company Secretary under various statutes, by-laws and regulations including but not limited to Companies Act, 2017, Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations, 2019 and Code of Corporate Governance for Insurers, 2016.
