Position: Operations Executive (Implant at client premises)
Location: Karachi – Shell LOBP Kemari
Education: BBA preferably MBA – Supply Chain
Experience: Upto 2 years
Job Role:
- Correct and up to date booking of EIFs in WEBOC/PSW.
- Strong follow up with suppliers/bank/treasury team for timely BLs and other documents receiving prior to vessel arrival.
- To check, verify and ensure import/export docs are complete for custom clearance.
- To prepare and share custom duties demand of import/export shipments
- To process payments of import vendors and clearing agents
- To process knock offs of duties and taxes
Other Requirements:
- General logistics experience
- Customs and transport documentation experience
- Experience with integrated legacy systems (SAP/ERP)
- Must have knowledge of MS Excel (Vlookup & Pivot Table)
- Strong communication skills, preferably multilingual
