Are you passionate about helping farmers increase their incomes?
If your answer is yes, then FasalPay is seeking a dynamic Field Operations Manager to drive our programs across Pakistan and create value for farmers and associated partners / providers alike.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard eligible Farmers and Lead Farmers / influencers
- Build and manage the on-ground team of Field Operations Executives.
- Coordinate with banking partners for smooth credit financing.
- Monitor and ensure successful crop plan implementation.
- Identify and onboard agri retailers, service providers and commodity buyers to expand our cluster network and enhance farmer value proposition
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and partners to materialize business and revenue growth opportunities
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in development of multiple value-chains.
- Agri-graduate (Masters preferred) with majors in Agronomy, Soil Sciences or Horticulture.
- Strong agricultural background and community understanding.
- Fluent in Urdu, and Punjabi. Good written communication skills in English are a plus
- Tech-savvy with good understanding and exposure to AgriTech / digital agriculture platforms.
- Excellent team and stakeholder management skills.
