Position: Deputy Manager – Sales (Sales & Marketing Department)

Education & Experience:

• Masters with 10 years or Bachelors with 12 years of industrial experience along with hands-on experience in the SAP SD module.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute towards the achievement of overall target of CRC / GI Sales.
• Assist senior in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy.
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g., sales processes, orders, and payment).  
• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
• Build relationships with existing and new customers.
• Participate in preparation for seminars and exhibitions.
• Maintain up-to-date product information on social media.
• Ensure availability of product sizes in consultation with manager.
• Ensure timely payments from customers and issuance of delivery notes.
• Handle complaints from customers.
• Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data (revenues, expenses, competition).  
• Maintain close liaison with end-users to understand their requirements.
• Gain market understanding and intelligence of competitor’s policies.
