Assistant Activation and Modern Trade Manager
Qualification: MBA in Marketing from a reputable University.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing in a FMCG.
Job Description
- Develop category activation strategies and plans ; focus on priority markets and customers.
- Recruiting and training of brand activation staff.
- Establish distribution networks for products via Modern Trade Channel, analyze findings, assist in product development within stores, and direct and evaluate the marketing strategies.
- Responsible for all trade marketing activities, in order to achieve approved annual volume, sales and profit objectives and high levels of customer satisfaction.
