AKD Securities Limited is looking to hire Head of Internal Audit!

Requirements :

• Financial sector audit experience is preferred.
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACMA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
• Minimum 5-7 years of External /Internal Audit experience of evaluating &managing finance functions and internal control functions in a listed company.
• Should possess excellent knowledge of risk management, compliance audit, corporate governance, control principles, and audit planning.
• Strong technical Internal Audit skills.
• Should have good communication skill including oral, written report writing & presentation.

Qualification Requirements: BBA/BSc. Accounting & Finance/ MBA/ ACCA and CFA Level 2 preferred .

Should have hands on experience at both buy-side and sell-side. Prior experience of 3 years or more.
