Location: Karachi
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Company Secretariat Department of the Bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Having complete knowledge and experience of filing returns with SECP, CDC and SBP.
- Experience of electronic filing with SECP.
- Experience of handling shares of bank with CDC and SBP.
- Experience of dealing in listing of shares with PSX would be an added advantage.
