AL Habib Asset Management Limited is a leading seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our team.

HR EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support in day-to-day HR functions, including:
  • Recruitment, onboarding, and employee relation processes
  • Attendance and leave management
  • Maintenance of employee records and databases
  • Administration of employee benefits and policies
  • Coordination of employee training and development programs
  • Preparation of reports and metrics

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.

Location: Karachi – Head Office.

Compensation: Market competitive compensation package will be offered.
