Al Meezan Group Jobs Head of Administration:Carrer Opportunity: โHead of Administration (Karachi Based)โ
We are seeking a results-driven Head of Administration with strong leadership skills to manage and improve the efficiency of our organizationโs Administration affairs. The ideal candidate shall responsible for;
- Overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Managing administrative budgets.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors.
- Maintaining corporate relationships.
- Monitoring operating expenses.
- Liaising with HR and other departments.
- Updating executives on business performance.
- Hiring and training administrative staff.
- Responsible for the Security management
- Responsible for the fleet management
Candidates should be masters from HEC recognized university with minimum 12 yearsโ of experience out of which at least five yearsโ experience in senior managerial capacity preferably in mutual funds or financial sector.
