Job Summary
Al Meezan Investment Management Limited is seeking applications from a self-motivated, dynamic, committed, and passionate individual for Customer Services Officer. The candidate should possess strong customer service and relationship management skills that can support growth.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s, preferably Master’s in any discipline / IFMP Certification is preferable
- 1 up to 3 years of experience, preferably in the Financial / Mutual Funds Industry

Required Skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Adequate knowledge of all Al Meezan’s products, services, and operations
- Ability to handle pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to learn about products and services
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
