WE ARE HIRING Customer Services Officer
Job Summary: Al Meezan Investment Management Limited is seeking applications from a self-motivated dynamic, committed, and passionate individual for Customer Services Officer. The candidate should possess strong customer service and relationship management skills that can support customer satisfaction.
Qualification & Experience: Minimum Bachelorโs, preferably Masterโs in any discipline / IFMP Certification is preferable
1 up to 3 years of experience, preferably Financial / Mutual Funds Industry
Required Skills:
- Effective communication and Interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service/negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Adequate knowledge of all of Al Meezanโs products, services, and operations
- Ability to handle pressure
- Proficiency in Ms Office
- Ability to learn about products and services
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
