Job Summary:
- Oversee and implement IT governance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Ensure alignment with industry best practices, mitigate IT risks, and promote a culture of compliance and transparency.
Key Responsibilities (KPIs):
- Develop and maintain an IT governance framework aligned with industry standards (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO).
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage and report on IT governance metrics and performance indicators.
- Facilitate communication and training on IT governance across the organization.
- Collaborate with internal audit and external auditors on IT governance matters.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in IT governance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of progressive experience in Experience with IT service management frameworks. Experience in the financial sector will be preferred.
- Qualification: At least Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certificates: Professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, COBIT) will be preferred.
