Position: Assistant Manager Doubbling/Spinning
A leading textile company is looking for Assistant Manager Doubbling/Spinning.
The person will be responsible for the implementation of the predefined procedure and the policies in his section to get smooth operations.
He will also be responsible for day to day activities and the daily targets.
He will be responsible for the point highlighted through audits, customer complaint.
He will be serving as the first line of the contact for the floor management.
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Check the SW plan & make sure to the process according to decided plan.
- Check the Doubbling/Spinning plan & make sure to the process according to decided plan.
- Check the last days SW, HW, Doubbling/Spinning & Dispatching production in system & manual.
- Check the yarn stock daily basis and instruct to responsible to take the yarn from Warehouse as requirements
- Check the Utility consumption of SW,HW & Doubbling/Spinning to achieve the given targets.
- To make sure the strong follow-up of PD samples from soft winding to dispatching.
