The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the stitching department. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a stitching warehouse or similar industry.
Job Description:-
- Coordinate and monitor stitching operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.
- Reconcile the styles hand to hand.
- Supervise a team of stitching operators, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Work closely with other departments, such as production planning and quality assurance, to optimize processes and ensure efficiency.
- Train new employees on stitching techniques and safety procedures.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the stitching process.
- Maintain inventory records and order necessary supplies to support production needs.
