Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd โ Saya is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ซ for ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ง ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ for our Head Office, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sourcing activities for our Western category, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products while maintaining cost efficiency.
๐๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Masterโs degree preferred)
๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in western sourcing or procurement, specifically in the fashion retail textile industry.
๐๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:-
- Develop sourcing strategies for the Western category, including identifying and qualifying new suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sourcing priorities and goals
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and best practices to inform sourcing decisions
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
