Qualification:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institute.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Main Responsibilities:
- Must manage procurement processes, negotiate contracts, & work with vendors.
- Must be familiar with information technology related procurement.
- Must have familiarity with local market vendors.
- Should develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Should manage the procurement process โ from requisition to payment.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct market research and analyze vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Bankโs policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and meet business needs.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports.
Core Competencies:
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and must be skilled in procurement softwares such as Oracle/SAP.
