Responsibilities:ยท
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Conduct inductions, manage user accounts in HR software, and handle staff additions/removals employee assigned benefits.
Insurance Management: Process claims for retail staff, verify documents, and coordinate with insurance companies.
HR Documentation: Manage employee files, upload documents into HR software, and issue experience letters, visa letters, and salary certificates.
Attendance & Leave Management: Align off days in the system and send attendance emails to management/warehouse staff.
Banking Activities: Coordinate bank account openings, follow up, and update account numbers.
HRMS Updates: Maintain HRMS data as per the organogram and process change requests.
Compliance & Verification: Review HRSI data for criminal verification, follow up on payments, and verify employment history for loan processing.
Employee Benefits: Provide staff details for activating/deactivating discounts and process approved overtime hours.
Reporting & Coordination: Provide birthday lists, generate required reports, and support other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
ยท 1-2 years of experience in relevant field
ยท Microsoft Office
Education: Bachelors in Relevant Field
