Position: Customer Services Executive – Ecommerce
Location: Karachi
We are looking for Customer Services Executive in E-Commerce Department.
Major Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customers’ complaints ensuring complete satisfaction
- Maintain the assigned TAT for complaint resolution
- Respond to customer queries on calls and social media platforms
- Maintain the assigned call pick up ratio • Manage logs of all communications through the CRM tool
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in management or relevant discipline
- Minimum one year of relevant experience preferably in fast fashion retail industry
- Fluency in English and Urdu languages
- Good knowledge and understanding of CRM tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills
