We are looking for a “Deputy Manager HR – Talent Acquisition /HRBP”
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR liaison for the business, balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities to align HR efforts with business goals.
- Responsible for implementing and promoting company HR policies and initiatives within the assigned units to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
- Establish and maintain quarterly onboarding governance processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding procedures and documentation.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, performance management, development, retention, and engagement, to maintain a motivated and productive workforce.
- Manage headcount and budget to ensure staffing levels meet business needs while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Address and resolve employee grievances through a structured process to ensure a harmonious and fair work environment.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives to align staffing levels with business goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain organizational charts to visualize reporting structures and hierarchy.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to support strategic workforce planning decisions
Required Skills:
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Exceptional conflict resolution and employee relations skills.
· Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong knowledge of HR best practices and laws and regulations
Qualifications:
· 5 – 6 years of relevant experience.
· Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources management or a related field
