Alkaram Studio Jobs Senior Warehouse Officer:
We are looking for a “Senior Warehouse Officer” at Alkaram Studio.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for physically receiving items with complete documentation
- Ensure the storage of received items with proper tagging and in their designated locations.
- Inform and resolve issues related to the store
- After inspection, deliver Goods Received Notes (GRNs) into inventory
- Perform rejections and any other transactions related to inventory in EBS
- Responsible for completing department consumption and sending via email to the concerned parties on the 1st of every month
- Support and facilitate all store-related matters, including daily receiving, issuance,
- Establish and maintain an inventory control and count system
- Responsible for real-time posting of transactions into EBS
- Maintain daily workflow and supervise associates working in the store
- Responsible for the preparation and timely submission of key performance indicators
- Maintain good warehouse practices at all storage locations
Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience along with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
