🎓 Qualification: Graduation or Equivalent

📝 Responsibilities:

Handle ERP system efficiently for HR functions
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies
Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
Support current and future organization needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Manage and oversee recruitment processes
