Quality Improvement & Patient Safety

Qualification:
Master’s in relevant e.g. Total Quality Management, Healthcare Management, BSN or a related discipline with 3-4 Years relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• To plan and establish healthcare quality and patient safety procedure.
• To develop quality and patient safety flowcharts.
• To prepare documentation of ISO, PHC, PCP & other related certification.
• To conduct audit performance, quality, IHC etc. and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
