Position: Officer IT Support (Controlling Offices)
Key Responsibilities/Required Skill set:
- Responsible for the troubleshooting of Local Area Network Issues in different divisions of Controlling Offices.
- Responsible for diagnosing software / Hardware Problem and provide remedial action regarding Personal Computers, Printers, Scanner, Multimedia, Biometric and other devices.
- Responsible for the configuration of Email Accounts with the coordination of Office Automation Department.
- To provide Technical Vetting of Personal Computers, Laptops, Scanner, Biometric devices and Laser Printers under the Support.
- Responsible for the Monitoring & Management of WIFI System deployed in controlling offices.
- Responsible for the IP Telephony installation and support as HOL/BIB and other controlling offices.
- To ensure that all working to be carried out according to IT Security Policy.
- Must have thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, operations, policies &procedures and internal controls;
- Hands on technical experience in LAN/WAN and VPN
- Windows and Linux (Desktop support)
- Network & PC Problems solving skills
- Must have strong Analytical, critical thinking and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Qualification: Four (04) year Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent qualification from reputed university.
Experience: At least 01 year of relevant experience.

Position: Associate Manager Project Management Office
Key Responsibilities/Required Skill set:
- To support the Bankโs Enterprise Project Delivery Approach, in planning and organizing of projects and assist its implementation, establishment and iteration to align projects with Bankโs strategic initiatives;
- To implement Project Management methodology based on worldwide best practices and support its bank wide standardization across relevant functional groups;
- To assist in development of project plans, provide expertise in response to functional needs, and support and advise project managers
- To monitor and control the schedule of the major technology projects pertaining to Information Technology Group
- To provide guidance and training to staff in project management related problems in light of project management methodology;
- Must have thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, banking operations and other banking policies, procedures.
- Must have leadership, motivational, team building, interpersonal, management and communication skills.
- Must have strong Analytical, critical thinking and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Qualification:
Four (04) year Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunication or equivalent qualification from reputed university. In addition to that Formal Project Management Qualification (PMP/Prince2 or equivalent)
Experience: At least 04 years of relevant experience.
