Job Description:

Job Details:

• Oversee the development & deployment of data to Power BI Dashboards
• Collaborate with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s mission
• Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data
• Building and management of MS Power BI tool for internal and external reporting
• Management of Excel Databases and working on ways to transfer that data onto a Power BI reporting platform
• Enforcement to transfer all reporting requirements to MS Power BI
• Financial modeling or analysis on new and existing projects and clients in service
• Audit, migration and processing of new data files to complete financial projections.
• Data modelling and data analysis of various big data files
• Cooperate with IT department to deploy software and hardware upgrades that make it possible to leverage big data use cases
• Monitor analytics and metrics results
• Implement new data analysis methodologies
• Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies

Knowledge and Experience Required:

• BBA/MBA in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior working experience of at least 4 years in a similar capacity
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst. Experience in the US Healthcare Industry will be a plus
• Excellent Command on Power BI. Certifications would be a plus
• Excellent command on Microsoft Excel. Certifications would be a plus
• Proficiency in methodically planning and prioritizing tasks as per the business requirements
• Analytical capabilities to able to identify the complexities of procedures and regulations while also being able to identify problem areas and provide solutions
• Awareness of Data Management practices as well as Data Quality Control
• Understanding of SQL database structures and sources
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with all levels within the organization
