We are looking for a Financial Analyst.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
• Able to communicate with offshore clients on a daily, weekly basis.
• General ledger, treasury, budgeting, Incentive plans, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, fixed asset activity.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• Coordinate and complete annual reports
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Meet financial accounting objectives.
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

Requirements:

• ACCA Qualified
• Excellent Communication
• Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Excel, accounting software, and databases.
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to direct and supervise.
• BS degree in Accounting or Finance.

We are looking for a Business Analyst.

Job Details

• Working across the entire implementation lifecycle, defining the scope of the projects, gathering requirements, working on user stories & roadmaps, and working with project management and delivery teams to ensure the delivery of the projects.
• Prior experience of working within the project management/business change team within a technology organization.
• Responsible for end-to-end project delivery for the web application, software development, and system enhancement projects.

You will be leading across a variety of project elements and will be working closely with the wider team of Developers, QA Testers, and Project Managers. 3+ years’ experience of the following would be must to have.

• Strong working on end-to-end full implementation lifecycle.
• Experience within Agile and Scrum – Good knowledge of software development processes – Ideally good experience of using TFS
• Excellent communication & stakeholder Business Analysis background.
• Excellent expertise in Microsoft Visio
• Strong experience working on application/software/Mobile development projects.
• Good experience in leading project delivery.
