We Are HIRING Purchasing Specialist Karachi, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement of spare parts and technical components, ensuring timely, cost-effective acquisition and inventory management.
- Utilize catalogs, systems, and inspections to identify, order, and manage replacement parts, coordinating with the Technical Manager for urgent or critical substitutions.
- Oversee international requisitions, ensuring on-time delivery within the approved budget and optimizing cost-efficiency.
- Advise on the use and features of various parts based on an in-depth understanding of machinery and equipment.
- Review and verify purchase orders, tender documents, and contracts for accuracy, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and consultancy agreements.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions while resolving claims for unaccepted items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement processes and continuously monitor the spare parts market for competitive alternatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in mechanical/electrical engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in planning, technical procurement and inventory management of spare parts within the manufacturing industry.
- Preference will be given to candidates with additional qualifications in Materials Management.
- Strong understanding of machinery, equipment, and technical spare parts.
- Solid experience in negotiating with suppliers, managing procurement cycles, and handling tender and purchase order documentations.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

We Are HIRING Senior Accountant โ Reporting Karachi, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify the accuracy of invoices, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze and report on financial performance, identifying key trends and insights.
- Reconcile Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) against invoices to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Oversee the reconciliation of general ledger accounts, including local payables, advances, prepayments, and deposits.
- Assist in the preparation for period-end closings and support in internal and external audits.
- Manage the recording and processing of payments in the financial system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify and ensure that all payment vouchers are supported by appropriate documentation.
- Manage the amortization process for prepayments, ensuring proper accounting procedures.
- Accurately record and verify both realized and unrealized gains or losses on inter-company payables.
- Prepare, maintain, and reconcile cash ledgers and balances to ensure proper cash management.
Qualifications:
- BBA/ACCA qualified / ICMA qualified.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Work experience in SAP FICO and strong grip over IFRSs / IASs will be preferred.
- Strong financial reporting, forecasting & budgeting skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and across multiple functions.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
