Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Karachi, Pakistan
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll-related queries.
- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, life insurance, medical claims etc.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits providers and employees.
- Manage employee off-boarding process and coordinate clearance and final settlement process.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Maintain and analyze compensation and benefits data using HR systems.
- Assist Head of HR in preparing annual budget exercise.
- Prepare annual increments and bonus calculations.
- Ensure employee data is up to date in the HRIS.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to management.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelorโs degree in HR, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 to 4 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation analysis tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and benefits regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
