FIELD TRAINING MANAGERS

Opportunity for candidates aspiring to build their professional career in training function by contributing to the excellence of ATCO Laboratories Sales Force.

ABOUT THE JOB:

• To establish, support and execute Sales Training Department initiatives & activities.
• To provide on-the-job field coaching to Reps / DSM and issue coaching reports.
• To ensure monthly achievement of training KPIs along with other training assignments.
• To conduct post-training evaluation for continuous improvement.
• To promote & deliver ATCO values and competencies and exhibit high ethical standards.

LOCATIONS:

• Karachi
• Rawalpindi
• Lahore
• Peshawer
• Multan
• Faisalabad

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

• B. Pharmacy / Pharm-D
• A minimum of 3 – 5 years of Sales experience in reputed pharmaceutical corporates (Preferably MNCs).
