Major Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in implementing the HSE Management System.
- Monitor safety standards and procedures, respond to emergencies and incidents, and provide advice on EHS matters.
- Provide safety training to employees and contractors, including fire prevention and emergency response plans.
- Provide advice and support on safe work practices, conduct risk assessments, and manage operational risks. Also, identify EHS training needs, prepare training plans, deliver in-house training, and maintain training records.
- Ensure the efficacy of emergency preparedness plans through regular drills and maintenance of procedures.
- Analyze data for trend analysis and continual improvement of EHS and related training.
- Coordinate with local authorities and government bodies for assistance during emergencies.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bachelors (preferably in Safety Management or Environmental Sciences).
- Experience: 08 to 10 years of relevant experience.
