Atlas Battery Jobs Dec 2017: Atlas Battery is looking for ‘Regional Service Manager – Rawalpindi’ with 5-8 years experience of After Sales Service and Claim Settlement of consumer durable product.
Education: B.Tech Hons / BE – Mechanical/Electrical (MBA – Marketing in addition will be preferred)
Experience:
Ensuring the quick settlement process for assigned area,
Update and maintain all records of claim reports, analysis reports, communications and customer complaints, Provide training and education to all dealers / sub-dealers / electricians enable them to diagnose the cause of service failure batteries, Plan, organize and directs the activities of after sales services in co-ordination with different departments.

Atlas Battery is looking for Service Officer-Rawalpindi.
Candidate must have atleast 2-4 Years Experience of Planning & execution of service activities, Monitor warranty Failure/registrations & Conduct Technical audits of suppliers, Re-addressing of customer complains through customer care.
Incumbent with excellent customer service and presentation skills will be preferred.
Individual must have done D.A.E (Mechanical/Electrical).
