- Responsible to provide legal counsel to all business units of the company such as franchising, JVs, human resource etc.
- Minimize company’s legal exposure with optimal efficiency.
- Represent company on industry, government and regulatory forums.
- Drafting contracts and other legal documents
- Interpretation of laws, rules, regulations and policies of the government and provision of contracts. Handling contentious and non-contentious issues. Apply
