Major Responsibilities
- Inside Sales Order Processing
- Order processing in ERP, fulfilling pre-requisite documentation & approvals from finance and other relevant departments.
- Coordination with Supply Chain for on-time back-end order processing – for local & import cases.
– Planning, Coordinating & Periodic Status Report Preparation for:
- Material & Services Deliveries with Supply Chain Function & Local Procurement functions
- Coordination with Store/Warehouse teams for order readiness for dispatch
- Coordination with Accounts department for invoice generation, taxation/exemptions related matters. Onwards on-time submission of invoices to customers
-Client-end coordination for Goods receiving/Service Entry sheet/documentation.
- Coordination with client-end finance/procurement departments for in-time receivables recovery.
- Maintain relationships with client-end stake holders for smooth operations of order delivery, invoice acceptance & payment recoveries.
- Resolving invoice/delivery acceptance related issues with internal teams (such as accounts/finance/store/ERP) and customer end.
Qualifications
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
- Experience: 2 Years in similar role
- Male/Female: As per suitability
