Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Customer Representative Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and follow-up calls professionally and provide information about products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers and retain them.
- Respond to customer queries and address service complaints in a timely manner.
- Analyze and solve problems accordingly.
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chats.
- Writing and presenting customer behavior reports.
- Analyze customer feedback and develop new techniques to ensure customer retention.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors in Business / Marketing related field.
- Must have at least 1 year of customer service.
- Excellent written & and verbal communication.
- A focused individual and a team player.
