๐๐จ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Karachi
Responsibilities:
๐จ Will be responsible for complete supervision of designated sections.
๐จ Will be responsible to increase sales and enhance customer services.
๐จ Training of staff on regular basis.
๐จ Train new hires on the standards and procedures of the company.
๐จ From how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with customers.
๐จ Ensure visual merchandising according to companyโs requirement.
๐จ Lead the team and sections under one department.
Requirements:
๐จ Minimum graduation.
๐จ 3 โ 4 years of experience in a well โ known retail brand as a Floor Manager or in a similar capacity.
๐จ Experience of Hardlines (Toys, Infant Accessories, Stationary, & Jewelry) is a Plus.
๐จ Communication people and leadership skills are must.
๐จ Problem solving, confident, and energetic personality.
