BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of πππ©ππ«ππ¦ππ§π πππ§ππ ππ« β πππ«ππ₯π’π§π.
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for complete supervision of designated sections.
- Will be responsible to increase sales and enhance customer services.
- Training of staff on regular basis.
- Train new hires on the standards and procedures of the company.
- From how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with customers.
- Ensure visual merchandising according to companyβs requirement.
- Lead the team and sections under one department.
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation.
- 4 β 5 years of experience in a well β known retail brand as a Floor Manager or in a similar capacity.
- Experience of Hardlines (Toys, Infant Accessories, Stationary, & Jewelry) is a Plus.
- Communication people and leadership skills are must.
- Problem solving, confident, and energetic personality.
