Bachaa Party – Pakistan’s Biggest Kids Store is looking to hire skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Floor Manager – Lahore. The details are mentioned below.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
-Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc. - Assist in complete supervision of Retail Store.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training & mentoring staff.
- Deal with customer queries & complaints in a professional manner.
- Assist in monitoring & maintaining inventory levels.
- Maximin profitability & meet sales targets.
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a well – known Retail brand (FMCG & Fashion Retail)
- Education: Minimum Bachelors.
- People, operations management, & customer management skills are must.
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas & functions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills.
