BachaaParty is looking to hire an energetic and skilled candidate for the position of Floor Manager for it’s retail store in Lahore.
Reponsibilities:
- Will be responsible for complete supervision of Store.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training & mentoring staff.
- Support in recruiting, training, supervising & appraising staff.
- Dealing with customer queries & complaints in a professional manner.
- Will be responsible to increase sales & enhance customer services.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation & other company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels & act accordingly.
- Maximizing profitability & setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
Requirements:
- 3 – 4 years of experience in a well – known retail brand in a similar capacity.
- Strong command on Microsoft Excel.
- People, operations management, & customer management skills are must.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, & leadership skills.
- Strong analytical & data management skills.
- Education: Minimum Bachelors.
