๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
๐จ Hunt and conceptualize new products based on market needs and emerging trends.
๐จ Collaborate with design teams to develop prototypes, tech packs, and detailed product specifications.
๐จ Select appropriate fabrics, hardware, and trims for sample and final product development.
๐จ Work closely with multiple manufacturers to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness and adherence to brand standards.
๐จ Coordinate sample development processes and oversee the quality of finished products.
๐จ Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.
๐จ Stay updated on industry developments and integrate insights into product development strategies.
๐จ Ensure all products meet brand quality standards and align with design expectations.
๐จ Address and resolve any quality issues in collaboration with manufacturers and stakeholders.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
๐จ Bachelors in Textile, Commerce or a related field.
๐จ Proven experience in textile product development, preferably in ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐, ๐ฏ๐๐๐
๐๐๐๐, ๐ช๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐ช๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐, ๐ซ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐
๐ด๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐.
๐จ Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and manufacturing processes.
๐จ Proficiency in creating tech packs and product specifications.
๐จ Ability to research and analyze market trends and consumer preferences.
