Bank AL Habib is looking for a Customer Support Officer
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Department: Customer Services Division
Experience: Minimum 1-year banking experience
Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Attend and greet customers
- Ensure that the Branch Health Checklist (as per SQ Checklist) is completed by physically checking all areas
- Report any service issues encountered to the SQ and the respective Branch Manager
- Guide customers to the relevant desks for the desired service
- Ensure all relevant instruments i.e., deposit slips/brochures and other marketing material are available
- Provide complete information on products/services to customers
- Resolve customer’s queries and complaints of routine nature
- Register customer complaints in the Complaint Management System and maintain an MIS
- Monitor Service Standards & Branch Ambience and send reports weekly
- Educate/introduce customers on the use of Net-Banking (AL Habib Mobile Application), Call Center, and other digital channels
- Check the Complaint box along with BM/OM and ensure they are registered in the system
Skills: Confident individual, excellent customer service, interpersonal communication skills.
Location: Karachi, Hyderabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Mardan, Jhelum
