Bank AL Habib is looking for a technical Document Management Specialist.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelorโs degree in computer science or a relevant field from a recognized university.
- Thorough knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle processes and AGILE Methodologies.
- Familiarity with Document Management System and version control processes.
Department: Digital Marketing & Innovation
Experience: At least 2-4 years of Professional Experience in Document Control, Technical Documentation, or a related role
Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical document creation, review, storage, and distribution, ensuring consistency and compliance with industry standards.
- Implement and manage document control systems to track document versions, approvals, and revisions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather, review, and maintain documentation such as manuals, specifications, and user guides.
- Ensure the accessibility and security of documents, maintaining confidentiality for sensitive information.
- Provide training and support to staff on document management systems and best practices.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits of technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
